Natalie Bradbury, Founder and Director
I have a generalist HR interest and enjoy working with company's to define their people strategy and supporting SME's with the day to day challenges that employing a team brings.
I offer a pragmatic and holistic approach to HR, with a modern and creative twist to inspire my clients and innovate their HR practices to bring the best out in their people.
With 16 years experience in HR I started my HR career working in the hospitality industry for some well known international hotel chains. Since then I have worked as HR Manager in a number of SME's within various different sectors including Education, IT and Veterinary. Before setting up Haven HR I worked with an HR outsourced and consultancy business gaining me experience working with FCA regulated companies.
I hold a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management CIPD Level 7
